Service Charge

This charge covers the cost of bringing a fully trained technician with a fully stocked mobile service shop to your home.

Our service charge ranges from $100 to $200, depending on brand and location. Due to the increased difficulty of removing, diagnosing, and reinstalling built-in appliances, our service charge for built-ins is an additional $60. This charge covers the cost of bringing a fully trained technician with a fully stocked mobile service shop to your home. Our team will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the repair if needed.

Cost of Repair/Labor

These costs are for the technician’s ongoing training expense, office personnel, rent, parts inventory, and much more.

Includes the amount in which it will cost to repair the appliance. Repair/Labor rates are NOT based on the time a technician spends in the home. Operating a service organization involves costs that are unseen by the customer that are vital to perform prompt and efficient service. Examples of these costs are the technician’s ongoing training expense, costly test equipment, office personnel, rent, parts inventory, and much more. You are hiring an entire company for fast and efficient service, rather than the technician alone. That is why we base our repair charges on industry standards for each individual type of repair.

The two men that came out from Aurora appliance were fast and professional. They identified the problem with our disposal in our kitchen as well as our washing machine. They helped us order a new disposal for our kitchen and promised to send a quote for the part that needs repair on our washing machine.

Carter was patient, professional and polite. Dismantling our Electrolux dryer proved to be somewhat laborious, and not intuitive. He handled it well and very efficient once he solved the riddle. Due to the 6 inch dryer vent length we were not charged for that portion of the call. ” Will call Aurora again in the future when needed.
