Carter Baumhoer
Master Technician
Carter was born and raised in the Lowcountry. He has over 12 years of experience in repairing and maintaining all types of home appliances. He is familiar with the operations of all brands, he is able to pinpoint problems quickly to provide a completed repair in an efficient and timely manner. He works diligently to provide accurate diagnoses & timely repairs to get your appliances back to working order. In his spare time, Carter enjoys computer programming, boating, and spending time with his dog Aurora.
Josue Urbina-Barahona
Appliance Technician
Josue has called the Lowcountry home for 20 years. He has a wide array of experience in customer service and has been doing appliance diagnostics, repairs, and installations for the past four years. Josue is always happy to see his customers and loves being able to provide them with knowledge and any insight he can.
Devon Baumhoer
Business Manager
Devon Baumhoer joined Aurora Appliance as the Business Manager to lead the company’s operations in 2019. Devon attended The University of North Carolina, Greensboro where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration. She worked in the Hospitality industry for 6 years for Intercontinental Hotels in Savannah, GA and Greenwood Communities and Resorts on Hilton Head Island. Devon ventured into the financial industry in 2015 where she continued to use her skills gained from her hospitality career to serve clients and build one on one relationships. Devon joined Aurora Appliance taking on a new challenge and is quickly learning her share of appliance repair. In addition to her duties as a Business Manager, Devon is active in organizations in her community. She enjoys spending time with family including two young children Aubrey and Carter, as well as boating here in the Lowcountry.
Brittney Huegel
Customer Service Specialist
With a strong background in medical, HVAC, and now appliance services, Brittney brings a passion for helping people and solving problems to her role at Aurora. She specializes in customer support, estimating, ordering, and tracking down specific parts to meet each customer’s unique needs. Her love of technology and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team.
A Lowcountry local since 2010, Brittney has spent her whole life visiting family along the May River and knows the Bluffton area like the back of her hand—an asset when coordinating routes for Aurora’s technicians.
Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending quality time with her son Gracen and fur-son Goose, attending car shows, singing and serving at her church, and exploring local restaurants and travel destinations.
Taylor Yeatman
Customer Service Specialist
Taylor Yeatman is an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong foundation in hospitality and a passion for creating positive customer experiences. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina Beaufort, where she developed the skills and knowledge that continue to guide her approach to customer care.
With a natural ability to connect with people and a commitment to problem-solving, Taylor thrives in fast-paced environments where empathy and communication are key. She brings a calm, solutions-focused attitude to every interaction, always aiming to exceed expectations and build lasting customer relationships.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors, especially boating with her husband and kids. Family time is her favorite way to recharge and stay grounded.
